About

We’ve sat on both sides
of the audit table.

The team

Practitioners, by trade.

Scoper was founded by practitioners who have run security programmes and sat through Stage 1 audits — preparing for them, then sitting across the table as evaluators. The team is deliberately small. Every member has the operational muscle to facilitate an audit themselves, which is why managed service sits alongside the SaaS as a hands-on engagement, not a sales-call upsell.

On compliance

Compliance is interpretation.

The bar for a good compliance programme isn’t whether your tickets are checked off — it’s whether an auditor reading your dossier on Tuesday morning concludes you actually have the controls. Existing tools treat compliance like project management. We treat it as an interpretive problem.

The substance of an audit is reasoning: about whether your policies meet the requirement, whether the evidence supports the policy, whether the gaps are the gaps the auditor will find. That is where Scoper lives.

In practice

Start with a real demo.

Most engagements start with a 30-minute demo using your real policies. If we cannot show you something useful in that call, we will say so. The managed-service team works alongside the product for customers who want end-to-end facilitation through the audit — that is a separate engagement, not bundled into the licence, and you can take it or leave it.
